To fix an attachment to a threadless stem, add a slight bend to the pin by simply inserting the pin half way and gently pushing the attachment to one side. Then push the pin fully inside the stem until the attachment fits securely. To tighten the fit, simply increase the bend of the pin. Start small, and don't bend the pin too far as you risk damaging the attachment. The premium processed Titanium Highline Internally Threaded Barbells are a premium quality item, made of high-quality material and with internal threads. With the threads on the balls so that they screw into the barbell stem, it results in a smooth stem from end to end (which is important when removing/inserting the jewellery).The barbells and the compatible balls are available in different strength/length combinations.This article is also available in the Titanium Blackline (KIT) and in the Titanium Zirconline (GIT).
