24KT Gold PVD Titanium Internally Threaded Micro Labret Pin with 3mm Base. We are transitioning our material to Japanese Titanium. Several of the colours/sizes have been updated already to Japanese Titanium. The Lot # & "JPN" will appear on the label which indicates that it is sourced and milled from titanium made in Japan, a DFARS compliant country for titanium. We have corresponding mill certificates for these styles which can be located on our website once logged in. The certificate includes the heat # & lot # for traceability. Made from implant-grade titanium Ti-6AL-4V-ELI ASTM F136 and coated with 24K gold through the Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) process. The PVD process fuses pure gold to the titanium at the atomic level, creating a nickel-free, chemically stable surface that won’t peel, tarnish, or react with the skin. It’s safe for long-term wear and ideal for healed piercings. The 24K Gold PVD layer is highly resistant to scratches, fading, and discoloration. Because it bonds directly with the titanium surface, it maintains its radiant, golden shine and smooth feel through continuous wear.

Our threadless side-facing top is made from titanium and genuine Swarovski crystal - and comes in a selection of colors and sizes to ensure it will look its best no matter where it is placed. Manufactured from TI6AL4V ELI ASTM F-136 Titanium with a mirror finish polish. To fix an attachment to a threadless stem, add a slight bend to the pin by simply inserting the pin half way and gently pushing the attachment to one side. Then push the pin fully inside the stem until the attachment fits securely. To tighten the fit, simply increase the bend of the pin. Start small, and don't bend the pin too far as you risk damaging the attachment. The thin 25ga pins on our tops allows us to create jewellery starting from 20ga and tops as small as 1.5mm for piercings needing smaller sizes.
