These barbells are made from premium quality titanium of course but what sets them apart are the addition of two balls that are actually hollow and contain a heavy spherical ball. This encapsulated ball is three times heavier than the titanium outer, therefore with movement it causes a resonance throughout the barbell. To fix an attachment to a threadless stem, add a slight bend to the pin by simply inserting the pin half way and gently pushing the attachment to one side. Then push the pin fully inside the stem until the attachment fits securely. To tighten the fit, simply increase the bend of the pin. Start small, and don't bend the pin too far as you risk damaging the attachment.
