Permission to Return and to Receive Credit
WildCat accepts returns For Store Credit or Replacement Only under the following conditions :
-Returned items must be in original packaging and labels
-Returned items must be unused / unworn
-Returned must be received within 30 days of delivery date*
Due to the nature of the goods we supply we can only accept faulty goods back for credit or replacement. Please advise us immediately if you have received faulty goods, our email address and phone number are listed in the Contact Us section.
Returned faulty goods must be clearly marked with your contact details and requirements (i.e. credit or replacement). If faulty goods have been worn the item should be clearly marked as having being worn for hygiene purposes by placing a large red cross on the bag.
Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error as long as the merchandise is unworn and in the same condition it was received in. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be our responsibility.
Once your item is received we will inspect and notify you if your item has been approved or denied.
We will get back to you within 24 - 48 Business Hours. We are closed on Saturday & Sunday, as well as ALL major HOLIDAYS.
GST
We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within Australia. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country.
